Leiden - 5 am in the morning we prepared to go to Paris by Thalys . But first we have to go to Amsterdam to reach the train (Thalys). Thalys is a special highspeed train between Paris, Brussel, Cologne and Amsterdam railways. The ticket fare is from 25 € (about Rp. 332.500,-). The price is for oneway trip. We have to reserve the ticket 30 days before departure, if we want the best price 

 

Going to Paris takes 3,5 hours from Amsterdam.  After I got there I looked the station is not clean like Amsterdam’s. If you want to go to toilet, you have to pay I €. I thought it’s only happen in Indonesia he..he..he.. 

 

From Paris station, I walked to guesthouse. The place is near from the station, it’s only takes 20 minutes to get there. The guesthouse is not clean like I thought. And guess what?! I found COCKROACH in my room! Fiuhh I have to pay more to get clean room. 

 

In the evening, we layover to Turkish food. We ate kebab and nasi goreng. Kebab is from Morocco or Turkey?? I don’t know. All I know at that time, that I’m hungry! I love the food. The taste is delicioso… especially Nasi Goreng. I ate until full then pay for about 12 € with the drink. 

 

The day after, we went to Eiffel Tower. One of the romantic places in the world. In my mind Eiffel is so WOW, but when I arrived, it feels just ok. Maybe it because the weather and my boyfriend wasn’t with me at that time  

 

Paris evening is so gorgeous, the Eiffel tower turn on it lights from down to up. It’s damn beautiful! WOW!! I saw it from Modern Art Museum, at 10 floors, near from Eiffel Tower. I wanna go there at that time, but I was too tired. So maybe next time. 

 

I have chance also to visit underground Mall. The stuffs are not expensive. The cloth price is from 3 €. Still cheap rite… buy clothes in Paris. I bought souvenirs and postcards for my family in Semarang.  

That’s my story when I was in Paris. I hope my next trip will be better than this one. I want SUMMER not WINTER!
