Padang to Sikuai Island is around 23 km. After arriving in Padang, from the airport take taxi or public transportation to Bungus, but stop at Kabung Bay Port. Next step is to continue by motor boat, crossing the sea about 20 minutes to Sikuai Island. Beside that, another point to start to get Sikuai is a port, in Wisata Bahari Batang Hari (it takes 45 minutes).
